Services

Ktzir provides AI-powered SaaS products including SalesEngine AI, Fraud Detector, and Ktzir Social. Features, availability, and pricing may change with reasonable notice to customers.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and business information
• Use products only for lawful business purposes
• Comply with third-party platform policies (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp)
• Not misuse automation features for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
• Maintain security of account credentials

Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your agreement. You may cancel subscriptions per your plan terms.

Service Limitations

Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI outputs should be reviewed for accuracy in business-critical decisions. Liability is limited as permitted under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content remain the property of Ktzir Technologies. You receive a limited license to use our products according to your subscription.
